Conclusion

Revisiting Learning 2.0 has been an enjoyable experience. It has consolidated Learning 2.0 Mark 1 and filled in the gaps. The group sessions were well planned and presented and, in the spirit of Web 2.0, were collaborative, sharing and productive.

More Web2.0 applications

I was suitably impressed when I found my house and others on Google Maps. There's no escaping technological advances and consideration of their possible ramifications (including in this instance some loss of privacy). Also tweated a little.

RSS Feeds & Podcasts

RSS feeds are a great way to focus on particular areas of interest and to keep up to date. It's then a matter of factoring in time to regularly scan newly received headlines, sometimes easier said than done, but always worthwhile.

I already have the Age entertainment section and the Arts Newspaper on Google Reader so New York Times Books seems a good addition.

My first, experimental, podcast subscription was to the ABC's conversation hour.
